Terms of Service

What you purchase

Whiteboard.lol, operated by Talkbout Design, LLC, sells the temporary right to display colors and one destination link on selected pixels. A purchase does not grant permanent ownership. Another visitor may replace an occupied pixel by paying its current replacement price.

Checkout and fulfillment

Every checkout is a one-time payment for at least 100 changed pixels. Pixel reservations last ten minutes and are applied only after a verified payment event from Polar. If a paid reservation can no longer be fulfilled, we will initiate a full refund. Completed purchases are otherwise final except where required by law.

Your content

You must have the right to submit your artwork and destination. You remain responsible for them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, resize, cache, moderate, and distribute submitted artwork and related metadata as needed to operate and promote Whiteboard.lol.

Moderation

We may hide or remove artwork or links that violate our Rules, create legal or security risk, or harm the service. A moderation removal does not guarantee a refund.

No guarantees

We do not promise traffic, clicks, search ranking, uninterrupted availability, listing rank, or any minimum duration of visibility. The service is provided as available, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
